Fly Legacy Aviation would like to thank our wonderful instructor Tyler Mealy, for all his hard work as a CFI over the past year and a half.
Tyler worked hard to obtain his degree in Aviation while getting his pilot’s licenses. He recently accepted a position at the American Airlines owned regional airline, Piedmont where he has already begun his training.

“I knew I wanted to go to Piedmont the first day I started flight training. I hope to eventually move up the ranks and finish my career at American.”

“Tyler’s continuous positive attitude, support, and passion for aviation made it easy and exciting to show up every day and learn. He was not only a professional instructor who understood and adjusted to the student’s needs but a friend that you could get a good laugh in with while still getting work done. I am incredibly thankful and happy to have had him as an instructor, and I wish him the best!
